On Thyme Gourmet is a fresh herb company that sells fresh organic tea, fresh herbed sea salt, fresh herb butter, and fresh herb olive oil. All of our herbs are certified organic by the State of Montana USDA. The herbs and hard neck garlic are grown on our organic farm in arid Montana. Our herbs and garlic have a stronger, dynamic flavor because of our region's hot arid summers, with only 4 inches of rainfall per year.

We choose to use a variety of Asian garlic called Korean Red and a Purple stripe called Siberian. We found that these two varieties work best with our products giving them that subtle garlic flavor. We grow Sweet Basil, English Thyme, and Culinary Sage, along with our hard neck garlic which goes into our Herb Butters and Herb Olive oils.

Organic Montana Sage Tea is made from the freshest culinary sage grown organically in arid Montana. Fresh Organic Montana Sage Tea is a soothing day or night tea for your throat and whole body wellness. This tea has a pleasant, soothing, bitter lemon taste.

Fresh Herb Natural Sea Salts. We searched the world over for organic sea salt and found it only in New Zealand. Sea Salt is coarser in texture and is wonderful in soups, salads, sprinkled on vegetables, and rubbed into meats before cooking. Just before baking bread or pretzels, brush dough with an egg wash and generously sprinkle with our Fresh Herb Sea Salt with Garlic. Replace your table salt with our Fresh Herb Sea Salt teaspoon for teaspoon wherever you want the taste of fresh herbs and the subtle taste of Sea Salt. Our Fresh Herbed Sea Salt does not have to be refrigerated.
