Squash
  INGREDIENTS:
2 to 4 medium winter squash, cut in half and deseeded
2 ounces of "On Thyme" basil, oregano or sage garlic butter
Baked Herb Squash
  Bake squash at 350ºF. until done, about 30 minutes. Remove squash from shell and mash. Serve with "On Thyme Gourmet" over the top.
Serves 4 to 8.
