Fresh Herbed Grilled Roasted Potatoes
  INGREDIENTS:
  • 2 Tablespoons On Thyme Gourmet Fresh Herbed Olive oil (any variety)
  • 2 pounds red potatoes, washed and quartered
  • On Thyme Gourmet Fresh Herbed Sea Salt
  Spread Fresh Herbed Olive oil on a large piece of aluminum foil, place potatoes on top and wrap foil around potatoes.
Place on grill and cook 10min and then turn and cook an additional 10 mins until done.
You can sprinkle with Fresh Herbed Sea Salt if desired.
