INGREDIENTS:
2 Tablespoons On Thyme Gourmet Fresh Herbed Butter or Herbed Olive oil (any variety)
¼ Cup chopped shallots
¼ Cup chopped celery
1½ Cup - 2 Cups canned tomatoes
1 to 2 Teaspoons On Thyme Gourmet Fresh Herbed Sea Salt
Sauté celery and shallots in herbed butter or herbed olive oil add tomatoes and herbed sea salt and simmer for 15 min.
